I’m so excited to share this snowy winter Albany State Room wedding! Amanda & Miguel’s wedding day was one of the coldest days of the year, but we managed to quickly go outside three different times for photos throughout the day. Amanda was really hoping for snow, and it started coming down during her ceremony. Amanda lost her brother a little while before the wedding and she said the snow was her brother’s gift to her for her wedding day, making it an extra special and emotional moment when we stepped outside and that white powder was coming down all around us.
It was such an emotional day, full of happy tears, sweet moments like the first look, when Miguel saw his bride for the first time, and hilarious moments like the best man getting the groom to kick a soccer ball around during his toast. With family and friends coming from all over the world to Albany, they knew they had to throw an amazing party! Eric and Tom at the Albany State Room were absolutely wonderful as always, and The Accents rocked the entire place until way late into the night.
What a sweet first look at the Albany Education Building.
Every time I’ve posted a photo of Amanda, I get asked about her amazing dress. It’s Essence of Australia from Alexandra’s!

These are so fun!
These guys were all amazing going out into the bitter cold to get this photo.
Designs by Douglas killed it with these perfect winter florals!
This is the best father/daughter aisle moment.
St. Mary’s Church in Albany is gorgeous, especially all decorated for Christmas.
We were able to quickly hop outside and get some amazing snowy photos. Big thanks to Al Woodard Films for braving the snow with us!

Instead of the traditional bouquet toss, Amanda gave her bouquet to her grandmother, such a sweet idea.
