Siobhan and Matt’s Bostonian micro wedding was my only wedding in Boston in 2020! That’s so crazy to me, but the pandemic really hit us hard and most of my Boston weddings got postponed or canceled. I’m so very happy that they decided to go ahead with a small wedding and have their reception and party in 2021. They are one of my favorite couples I’ve ever worked with. They were so happy to be getting married, despite it not being what they had hoped for with a big wedding.
I knew we would have a great time no matter what, especially after photographing their engagement session. Their were so many memorable things that happened on their day and I’m excited to share these photos. They started out getting ready at The Bostonian. The guys went across the street to Faneuil Hall for some photos and even had a ballon artist make them a giant ring. The girls went to the park on the Greenway for photos before heading to the church!
St. Francis in Medford is such a gorgeous, huge church. and I loved the moment that Siobhan came down the aisle especially. After church we went to the Seaport to capture some beautiful photos of just the two of them. Back at the Bostonian they enjoyed a low-key dinner. We snuck out back to Faneuil Hall to grab some of my favorite photos at night!
Carol and Julie from Philip Ciampa Salon were great to work with!
Check out the stunning flowers by Kerianne Nelson Flora!
Siobhan’s got her dress from Precious Memories in Malden from my all-time favorite designer, Essence of Australia
