This to me is the perfect engagement session. I’ve done this a few times where we start out at our couple’s home, then head out into their neighborhood or favorite spot. It’s so nice to photograph at home, and starts that process of being welcomed in to the family, which is so important for the wedding day. As a photographer, if the couple is completely comfortable with me, then their families will be too.
Pamela and Dudley’s East Boston engagement session started out hanging out with their dog on the couch. Then we moved into the kitchen for some wine, that sounds like it’s leading somewhere more interesting, haha 🙂 Actually they were making out on the floor in the kitchen, so… Anyway, we then went over to Piers Park and walked around before sunset to take in that Boston skyline. It was a perfect night with wonderful people and i can’t wait for their city wedding this fall!
