Amanda and Danny’s Hull Fort Revere engagement session was perfect. Hull is home for both of their families and so it was super meaningful to them to have their engagement photos done here. I had been to Fort Revere with my kids, just to walk around and take in the view. It’s definitely a bit hidden away but the view from the top is amazing. I love it especially in summer when the boats are all in the harbor.
Some photographers don’t like shooting in the direct sun but I love it. It gives such a blue color to the sky and water that you can’t get backlit.
I’m so far away from them but this perspective really lets me pull the ocean in closer and it looks like they’re on top of the world!

Next we went to a small private beach close by and found our way out onto the rocks.
Ah their dog was so sweet, we just had to get a few with him.
We ended our tour of Hull at A street pier at sunset!
