Middlesex Fells Reservation Engagement Session

Where to begin with this super fun Middlesex Fells Reservation engagement session?! These two definitely didn’t want the typical engagement photos, and I loved what we captured. First of all, we started at Kwinn and Julie’s house where they made a sweet breakfast with chocolate chip pistachio pancakes, yes please! (they were delicious) Breakfast was followed by a quick outfit change into their respective football jerseys and some playful photos on the couch. The three of us were laughing the entire shoot, and it just seemed like they are after my own heart with everything they love and value in life. After another outfit change, we headed out to find a little section of the Middlesex Fells Reservation. We ended up in a perfectly quiet, wonderful spot of trees and water, they even took their boots off and waded right in. It was such a perfectly relaxing and fun session, and I think the photos represent them.

I love to take the engagement session to tell the story of who you are as a couple at this point in life. Think about your parents, how incredible and priceless would photos like these be of them, before they had kids, young and in love? When you make the engagement session (which we include in all of our wedding collections) a story of your lives together at this particular point in time, it has more meaning and you will absolutely enjoy the photos so much more!
