One of our last weddings of 2019 was Pamela and Jonathan’s City Winery Boston wedding. Here’s their engagement session to check out first!
What an incredibly fun and unique wedding this was! Pamela and Jonathan are so wonderfully goofy and emotional and they definitely wear their emotions on the outside. As a photographer these are the kind of people I love to photograph! We started out at the Marriott right next to City Winery in the Penthouse. The view of the bridge, TD Garden and city below is spectacular. They exchanged notes separately while they were getting ready and they were both clearly super emotional and excited to start their day.
They were even more excited to see each other for their first look. You could feel the anticipation and when Jonathan turned around it was pure joy. That joy came out in the form of tears and runny noses which is my favorite 🙂 Back at City Winery they had a traditional Jewish ceremony followed by an intensely wild and fun dance party. I got right in the middle of it all and no one even got hurt 🙂
Like all of my couples, they came over to my place after their wedding to design their album. I loved the photos they chose to include in their album and it was so fun meeting again to reminisce on the wedding day.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously 🙂
Time to sign that Ketubah!
Portraits downstairs in the barrel room are super fun!
City Winery Boston Wedding
During cocktail hour, Shay from Harken Events was hard at work getting the room at City Winery set up perfectly.
Boston Common Band was just so good up on that stage!
