Fairmont Copley Wedding

I finally made it back to the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston for this amazing New year’s Eve wedding. You can’t beat a Fairmont Copley Wedding. It’s right in the heart of downtown. It’s close to the public library and several churches, if you go that route for your ceremony. Ashley, Alice and the whole team there really make you feel like royalty. They have a couple different rooms to have your wedding reception in, but we were in the large Grand Ballroom. It has huge 28-foot ceilings and these large chandeliers that make it feel so elegant. A black tie wedding is perfect for the Fairmont, and perfect for a New Year’s Eve wedding.

Steph and Taylor are some are the most warm and friendly couples I’ve had. They really just wanted to have fun and enjoy their day and I had such a great time with them and their friends and families. The best part about a hotel wedding is that you don’t have to figure out transportation or other logistics. You wake up, get your hair done and go see your future spouse. We wnet right out front of the Fairmont for their first look and family photos. The winters have been fairly mild in Boston for the last few years and that was the case on this New Year’s Eve as well. We were able to be outside and get all their photos done in the daylight before heading to the church.

Of course we did go inside and take some photos as well. Peacock Alley, the gorgeous staircase and lobby – there are so many iconic spots inside the Fairmont for wedding photos.
