Kimpton Marlowe Cambridge Wedding

I’ve said it a million times, but I love my city of Boston, and I love city weddings! Lily and Kwaku had a beautiful summer Kimpton Marlowe Cambridge wedding. They got married at King’s Chapel in Boston, one of America’s oldest chuches. Paul Revere and George Washington attended church at King’s Chapel! I just love Boston’s rich history.

Lily & Kwaku got ready at Hotel Marlowe, then we went down to Lechmere Canal Park next door for their first look and family photos. We then hopped on an Old Town Trolley, which is classic Boston, and headed to King’s Chapel. On the way back after the ceremony we stopped off along the Charles River at sunset to get a few quick photos before cocktail hour back at Marlowe.

Kimpton Marlowe Cambridge has such a unique style. Set up right across from the Charles River, it’s perfect if you want wedding photos with the Boston skyline. There are beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. I especially love the cocktail hour outside with “Celeste”, the funky turning sphere in the middle of the space.

Here’s Stacey Frasca, makeup artist, love her work!

I especially loved this part. They exchanged letters right before heading to the ceremony. This is a great way to put yourself in a loving mindset for your new spouse.
